Residential proxy FAQ

ProxySup is a residential proxy service that sends your web requests through home internet IP addresses, with rotating or sticky sessions over HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5.

What is a residential proxy?

A residential proxy sends your request through an IP address that an internet provider assigned to a home. Websites see a regular home visitor, so these IPs suit sites that check where traffic comes from.

How is ProxySup priced?

Residential proxies cost $3.00 per GB and mobile proxies $6.50 per GB. Datacenter proxies cost $1.20 per IP per month. The amount comes out of your prepaid balance. Prices as of 2026-10-17.

How do rotating and sticky sessions work?

By default every request gets a new IP. Add a session name to the proxy username to keep the same IP for up to 30 minutes.

Which protocols are supported?

HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 work on every product. You use the same username and token for all three.

How do I top up my balance?

Choose Starter ($20), Growth ($100), Scale ($300) or Volume ($500), or type another amount. You pay with USDT on the TRC20 network, and the balance updates after the payment is confirmed.

What happens to failed or unused traffic?

Failed, cancelled and unused amounts are returned to your balance, where you can use them for any product.

How does the ProxySup account work?

Each account is one access token that you use to sign in. Save the token as text or a file when you create the account. ProxySup stores only a hash of it.

Is there an API?

Yes. The REST API lets you check balance and usage and manage proxy users from your own code.
